Ann Made Candles is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
- Candles are handcrafted the colors, textures and natural occurrences of the wax may be visible on the candle when it arrives. The candle is still in excellent condition and the variations will not effect the burning of the candle. We use minimal additives in our candles so these variations do and will occur. may vary from what is shown on the website.
- Shipping is non-refundable*
- A 20% Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without shown use of product)
- Returns are accepted only on items with a minimum purchase price of $ 8.00.
*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund
Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from Ann Made Candles is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. For qualifying orders less then $100.00 the $9.00 flat rate shipping applies within the contiguous United States and excludes Alaska, Wash DC, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. For orders over $100.00, we offer FREE ground shipping within the contiguous United States (does not include Alaska, Wash DC and Puerto Rico) on product only, gift certificate purchase does not apply; wholesale purchases are excluded from the free shipping offer. All items will be shipped insured. All items are shipped Ground to a single address, please contact us for express shipping options. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders that do not qualify for our shipping policies.

Free Shipping offer does not apply purchase of a gift certificate; however it will apply when the gift card is redeemed. Please call us if you have any questions on this prior to ordering.
